Leads are distributed to businesses in a round-robin system with a fixed number of slots. All leads that have an estimate ranges of less than $2,000 are free. WelcomeHome generates the initial estimates (e.g. $200-300) by multiplying your hourly rates to the job's expected duration range plus any materials including gas. All jobs have a minimum two-hour guarantee. If a client cancels, they will be charged a minimum of two hours for your time.Each job has an assigned technician and house manager. Technicians will have direct access via text/call with the client's assigned house manager for any support. The technician is responsible for taking photos of the finished job result and sending the photos to the client's dedicated house manager via text. After submitting photos and answering any other necessary questions, the client will automatically be charged for the work.If the job expectations change on-site and require a new manual estimate, the business or individual contractor must get the client's assigned house manager's approval of the new estimate (price is determined by the business or individual contractor) before proceeding. Failing to do so runs the risk of doing free work.If the job exceeds the max duration time, the business or individual contractor must get the client's assigned house manager's approval of the duration change.
